Does xray,ct leads to cancer?

Hi doctor does doing xray,ct scan develops the risk of cancer in our body i am scared of doing xray as I have to do of my hands please suggest will it lead to cancer in long terms ?

No . X ray and CT scan will not increase risk of cancer. Doing one or two scans is not a problem
