I have excessive hair fall from 6 months . I am taking nutrition and iron tablets from 6 months but nothing improved i dnt have thyroid pblm and have much ferritin and hemoglobin levels But my hair fall not cntrolled my hair became sooooooooo thin .
One of my neighbour suggested me to take vitamin d3 supplement for hair loss.
Shall i take vit d to reduce hair fall.

Don't do self medication. Proper history and counseling needed. Becoz there are many reasons for hairfall. Treatment will never work without diagnosis.
There are various reasons of hair fall such as lack of nutrious diet,lack of sleep ,bad habbits such as alcohol or drinking, without proper case it is difficult to say what is the cause .
But if u have report of deficiency of vitamin D then consult with nearest general physician.
Don't take self prescription.
There are many reasons for hairfall.
Without proper case can’t guide you n don’t take vit D3 without prescription.

As I read the problem, your concern is about hair loss . I see it as a very common proble esp people having high level of stress and sedentary life style habits.
I would suggest that this problem takes time in healing and major role is diet and exercise.be very careful of what you eat.you must pls seek the help of a nutritionist for a complete diet counseling.
I dont see any relation between hair loss and vitamin d.but I suggest you should take vitamin d sachet one every month.
Execerice or yoga or gym or walk is a must.
So, I would suggest to pls try taking homeopathic medicines at least for a month only after consulting a homeopathic doctor.
Few common remedies like arnica 6 gives very good results
Apply warm sarson oil one hour before head bath.
