Don't go for any anal surgery but Piles are not cure just eating any medicines, It can give you temporary relief, Neither is it better to do modern surgery, Your anus grip can be loose after surgery, Only Ayurvedic Kshara Sutra Therapy is a unique ancient technique, which is proved to be an effective treatment of anorectal disorders. It is commonly recommended in patients suffering from Piles. According to World Health Organisation(WHO) , Kshar Sutra Therapy is better than any Modern Surgery for Piles. contact Us for more details, we will provide you demo video for the procedure..

Hello mam Through exclusive AYURVEDA treatment both can be treated very well completely.. So not at all think about laser therapy or surgery.. In my experience I have treated more severe cases than yours through exclusive AYURVEDA treatment.. So not to worry about anything else.. Since it is a lifestyle and foodstuff induced problem need to correct that first.. Right now you can start with 1.Triphala guggulu 2 bd bf 2. Abhayarishta 3 tsp wis half a glass of water As primary treatment.. Continue for 15 days along wid strict diet. Strictly avoid Non veg , green chilly, curds , oil fried.. Have lots of water , fruits, vegetables..
Next Steps
if found improvement continue for 3 months or else contact me for full and further treatment..
Health Tips
Have to fallow the diet strictly..

Hello Grade 1 piles and fissure it s a very common problem that many ppl face and it is easily treatable by medicines and diet . Not only that it s a preventable completely as I have treated lots of patients who have repeatedly undergone twice or thrice surgeries yet didn’t found much change . Trust me with your lifestyle and dietary habits this can be completely prevented .
Next Steps
Some medications for your relief -15 days 1.tab. Triphala gugglu-2 thrice after food 2. Tab.Gandhaka rasayana- 2 thrice after food 3. Sits bath with warm water 4. Pilex ointment for application Also I personally advice and perform tailapoorana which is a technique in Ayurveda , resolves symptoms quickly and patients find great relief in two-3 sittings itself .
Health Tips
Please do slight changes in your life style like aprolonged sedentary and standing activities , constant strain while passing motions , spending too much time in toilet . Avoid fiberless diet strictly , junk food , carbonated drinks etc and include plenty of liquids and fiber rich diet like green leafy veg , juices , bananas ( natural laxative)
