Does 24 hour fasting helps to promote the LDL decrease in your body. Also it helps to reduce the uric acid etc..?

24 hour fasting is not a solition. after 24 hour when you take the meal its go high again. just , maintain oil less diet.and for uric acid avoid milk and animal protein

Healthy morning, Fasting increases serum total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and Apolipoprotein B in healthy . And also rise of serum uric acid during fasting Bcoz, during fasting body usee other stores for energy which include the breakdown of stored protein/ amino acids and fats . So , don’t fasting
