You could go to a psychologist first and get an evaluation done. If needed, see a psychiatrist who will give you a prescription. But along with the medication, please add cognitive behaviour therapy to your line of treatment as it will give you the practical ways to think and behave positively, rationally, logically and mindfully. This will gradually help you to manage anxiety and depression.
