Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area. Based on your symptoms, clinical examination and investigations a diagnosis of PCOS can be made.
For any problem your job is to tell the doctor about what you feel (like pain, delayed period, scanty period, lack of interest in surrounding etc) . Then the doctor will start his job.
You don't have to tell doctor that "as per Google search I feel that I have PCOS". That is not liked by doctors.
