Pcos issue...is oziva her balance good?
Can i use oziva her balance as pcod supplement. Is it good ? It has inositol 500mg and chromium 400mg and a total of 21 herbs ot claoms to be completely derived from plants. If someone knows about this brand pls give ur views.Is this enough as a inositol supplement. If you can give your views on it it will be useful. And if u suggest it as supplement how to comsume?

Myo inositol as such is good for PCOS. You can take a supplement containing inositol for PCOS
