Do i have high bp?
Whenever i read the BP at my home, the first reading is high with high bpm. Somewhere around 136/88.
Then i wait for a minute, take again its 127/81
Then again wait for a minute its 120/80
Then next time its 116/76
So is the first few spike because of white coat syndrome? Everytime I take bp i do get nervous about whether i will get high or low readings. So can that be a factor for that spike?
And do i have bp?
