Do I have anxiety or depression?
I feel impulsive when I'm angry. I have the need to restrict myself so that I don't do any physical harm to others around me who've made me mad. And that anger doesn't go away that easily. I giggle when I'm angry that's probably because I'm kinda shivering from inside because I'm so anxious internally.

I understand your situation. Impulsivity or anger may be due to depression or personality issues or even adhd. More clarity regarding your problem would be helpful to decide on the severity of your condition. However it is easily manageable with appropriate treatment, so that dysfunction due to the same can be reduced and your quality of life will improve. Some counselling sessions and if needed medical help might be useful for you. I would also be more than happy to help you with that if you are looking for online assistance. Discussions will be held confidential. You can directly consult with me through Practo as needed. Online chat consultation is available.
