Currently I am experiencing Dizzy spells during exercise. This is accompanied by heart palpitations and flutters. I also get Dizzy upon standing, no matter if I stand quick or take my time. I have had a 24 hr halter monitor around a year ago which showed a junctional escape rythm. As I have a history of anxiety, my doctors always put it down to this, however, it has been a year since and my symptoms only seem to be getting worse. Thanks

Junctional escape rhythm is never due to anxiety. U gave to rule out cardiac arrhythmia. Please get ECG ECHO HOLTER again. U need to have CARDIAC MRI & possibly ELECTOPHYSIOLOGIST CONSULT.
