Can bad eyesight cause dizzy spells

I’m getting dizzy spells. Sometime I feel out of breath or like I’m tipsy. Then there’s times I can’t see and I feel like I’m going to pass out. I just started taking abilify yesterday BUT this has been happening for a couple weeks. I do have bad anxiety and ptsd I’m not sure if that has to do with it.
