Frequent dizzy spells
Has short spells of dizziness without doing any strenuous physical activity. These have become more frequent now.
She has recently started a new which is a stressful desk job and she spends around 12 hours in the office.
The spells of dizziness started two years ago in her first year of MBA, stopped in the second year and now have started again.
What could be the cause?
