Regular dizzy spells
Over past few months have experienced dizzy spells that have increased in frequency (now at least a handful of times a day) and generally last a few seconds, occasionally longer. seems to be triggered by exercise and changes in temp. but not all the time and can occur randomly when I'm sat down or stood up. On no medications and am an elite athlete
