Dizzy spell? And possibly uti?
I was sitting outside smoking a cig. As I was finishing the cig I suddenly got super hot, dizzy, nauseous, light headed, out of breath, my heart was beating super hard and fast, and I couldn’t stand up. I have anemia but it’s not to bad anymore. I had a c section in March 2018. I also have been having symptoms of a uti for a couple weeks but they come and go:

Dear , dont worry . Sorry to say , u already under vent c section ,.having urine infection means u are sick , in such situation smoking can be   very dangerous . So please get ride of it.. If u are not able to to get ride of it u can take opninon if doctor ,how to get ride of it ,doctor wl help u. Consult doctor for uti too

You should monitor your blood again especially your hemoglobin levels to assess the status of your anemia at present, you should also do a urine microscopy to see the status of your UTI and have it treated accordingly. These following lifestyle changes may help: - Drink lots of water and stay well hydrated at all times of the day(Aim to drink 2.5-3 liters of water everyday) - Limit coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to just once in a day - Don't skip meals, Eat healthy, clean and nutritious diet, Don't crash diet and eat iron rich food - Adults need upto 8 hours of sleep per night - Destress yourself with methods such as yoga/meditation. - Exercise regularly (minimum of 30-45mins) If the condition persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest
