Dizziness with weakness
I am having mild dizziness since 3 days and today after driving for 20 kms I felt like vomitting but did not vomit. Also having weakness since last 3 days along with dizziness. The dizziness sometimes is mild and sometimes strong and sometimes no dizziness at all.
