Dizziness problem
Respected sir/mam
With due respect,my brother suffering from dizziness.It is all about last night,he was sleeping and suddenly feels surrounding are spinning (although he was not wake up suddenly).He wake up and back to sit position and situation gets control,but again when he tried to sleep he again feels dizziness problem due to which he suffered whole night. Still he is not finding himself totally control ,feels little blurry eye, unbalanced body.
Please tell me what to do so that he can recover as soon as possible.

Dizziness has number of causes. Most common are inner ear problem which controls balance, positional vertigo cause of turn in bed, head position , cervical, low blood pressure etc.
Many other causes are also there but you need to consult physician for that.

From the history you provided it seems your brother is suffering from benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Take vertin 0D 24mg once a day. If still condition doesn't improve its wise to consult ENT specialist for further management.
