My brother is bitten by a dog around 6am today. On his feet there were few scratches and bit of blood and bit of swelling. So plz help me immediately. Which and how many 💉 injection should take?

Initial first aid I.e washing wound with antiseptic lotion and water is mandatory.. donot close wound or do dressing ... take a course of rabipur vaccine...
