Dizziness n Right side upper headache
I have been feeling dizzy, lightheaded continuously and mild headache on upper right side sometimes since last 1 month and also today i have tingling pin kind of itching in body. I have been diagnosed with cataract also in my right eye and have power glasses in left eye. I am very worried about the symptoms as internet shows very complex results for the symptoms which is a major cause of worry for me. I met a general physician today who asked me to start exercising amd told me that it's due to anxiety. Does anxiety causes such symptoms? Kindly help me out i am very worried about it.
