Dizziness, headache and anxiety
Can anxiety cause dizziness, headache on particular one place whole day? My MRI reports are normal but i still feel something is going on with my health ! Very much concerned about health

Yes it can, anxiety comes with different physical  symptoms like headaches, rapid heartbeat, dizziness, muscle contraction, pain in different parts etc. You should work on the causes of your anxiety as it can make these symptoms worse.

Most common symptoms of anxiety are difficulty concentrating, excessive worrying or fear , irritability,fatigue, lack of energy sleep disturbance, nausea, feeling that heart is racing to fast, trembling, dizziness . Headache could because of many reasons like high blood pressure or dehydration, migraine or tension type headache. And medication is different with the cause . Kindly consult a psychiatrist for detail investigation and treatment There are very good medication available for headache, dizziness.

It’s ok to take pain killer once or twice a week, if you have daily symptoms please consult a psychiatrist Avoid taking painkillers every day as it convert your headache to chronic headache
