My son is 13 year,  frequently complains of dizziness and headache . Not feeling hungry but eats with compulsion. Also has pimples all over the face with black spots on shoulders, hands n back. Get him checked for eyesight..Make him take Tablet.Albendazole 200mg one tablet night before sleep..Try to feed him small amount of food multiple times rather than forcing to eat a lot..Reason for his pimples mostly due to hormonal changes which occurs normally for any Adolescent..No need to worry much, it's just a puberty changes.. Thankyou..
