I was under medication for 1 year due to panic attack for having weed. Now it's been 3 weeks I'm trying to withdraw my medication as per doctor's advice but I'm having dizziness and sleeping problem since than. I don't want to take medicines anymore.

Change of behaviour and develop a psychological change in ur mind.U can do anything u want but first of all u have to believe in urself and believe in ur confidence.
