Dizziness during 2 trimester

Hi Dr... I m 17th Week 2days with twins till yesterday I was not felt any dizziness.. But from last night I feeling dizziness.. I can't even sleep at night.. Right side also.. Dizziness is normal in 2nd trimester? It's my first pregnancy pls help me I m worried

Yes it is normal but sometimes anaemia also causes it.You are having twins so deficiency of iron may be there.Get done haemoglobin percentage.Also get done complete urine examination and blood sugar level.
