I've been experiencing dizziness since the past 3 days while lying down.. it was severe on the first day but has gradually improved in the past 2 days... What could be the reason?

Hi,
Dizziness could be due to various reasons. To evaluate it you should contact your local physician and get yourself clinically examined and relevant investigations done.
Few basic investigations like your blood pressure need to be checked. Get complete blood count, fasting and pp blood sugar done.
Take plenty of fluids and healthy balance diet.
