Dizziness and spinning
I went swimming yesterday for about 2 hours and when I woke up this morning and rolled over to my side everything was spinning and it eventually got more rapid. I then rolled over to my other side and it was the same thing but when I lay flat on my back I’m fine, What could this be? I also have some nausea (nothing severe) and a headache

I would advise you to meet an ENT doctor to be assessed and evaluated, as your history is suggestive of that of vertigo. You may require beta histine to help your situation.
