Dizziness and head spinning
My head is spinning when I am looking at down or up even when I am sleeping. If I bend down to take some items from down my head starts spinning bcz of this I am unable to do my regular activities. Since 5 days I am having this problem first I thought it wl go but now it's getting heavy and also I am getting headache and ear pains d some sounds in ear I am hearing during spinning kindly help me what is my problem I want to get rid of this.
