Dizziness & loss of balance
Can low ferritin level cause dizziness and loss of balance while walking. MY FERRITIN Level is 7.1 ng/ml. However b12 & d seems in normal range I am feeling unequilibrium in body, as if body is floating or walking on a pillow

You need to be evaluated promptly for ataxia. Likely with MRI brain to check for any cerebellum involvement.
