Hi
Lately i have been finding my self in a negative state of mind
I feel mixed emotions all day long
Can't sleep properly
My mind won't stop thinking about things
I get up in a shocked state many times at night.
Have restless legs post evening when i try to sleep.
Don't know what to do!!
