Disturbed memory
As far as I started to notice , things which I used to forget are related to short term memory . I really feel frustrated now days when I realise that every small thing I used to forget and its happens  so  frequently. Like I forget many things which I think to do but after a few min or hrs ,I  forget , and in a day it happens many times . I know and I understand that it's normal to forget anything if go out to shop . But not with only my studies also in my daily Life I feel like I am becoming a writer , everything which I want to remember I used to write it down somewhere otherwise it vanishes out of my mind . Also I sleep well , not anything big for which I could take stress too much. And just bcz of this my confidence level has gone down . I really feel very low confident in front of Teachers to ans , in front of my friends to explain what I exactly feel . I am worried for whatever happening with me . Plz guide . Thanku .

Hi Your concern is you forget things and it is making you feel stressed. When there are too many things to do in a day it is not possible to remember each and every thing that you need to do. It will be good if you can take a break and relax. You can spend time doing any activity that can help relax your mind. You can consult a psychologist who will guide you on how you can feel calm.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist
Health Tips
Feel free to contact me for counseling session.

Hey, I understand how this entire situation is making you feel distressed. Let me help you understand this better. > We tend to forget things , when we have a lot of things running at the back of our mind ( which maybe we aren’t consciously aware of ). > Because of a lot of things going on in your mind, your mind actually tends to forget things that you want to remember. In this case, Guided Hypnosis will help you to understand your thought process better, relax your mind and strengthen your memory. You can connect with to know more
Next Steps
To deal with this Memory problem, try doing this: Everyday when you sleep, write down all your thoughts in a sheet of paper. This will help you to be more clear about your thoughts and the moment this happens, you will start building your memory again.

Thanks for reaching out for help. Forgetfulness in everyday situations does not always mean loss of memory. In your case, the fact that you used to write down everything that you needed to do could have been counter productive. And now, dependence on the writing can create havoc with your ability to index and remember things and events.
Next Steps
You will need to re train your brain for holding thoughts without the need for reminders. A session with a mental health professional or a Hypnotherapist can help you a lot as they can help you rediscover the ways in which your everyday memory and being alert when it comes to thoughts can be done.
Health Tips
Your sleep alone is not an indicator of a stress free life. Do think about any other causes of stress that you might be going through to rule out all possibilities for being forgetful.
