To overcome from negative thinking, follow these points:- Throw away your thoughts Yes, I mean that. Take a piece of paper and write down all the negative thoughts that keep pulling you down. Now, roll up the paper nicely and throw it away in the thrash. With this, you will thrash the negative things in your life and experience a fresh positive inflow of thoughts and feelings. Distract your mind Distraction can be very helpful when it comes to fighting against negative thoughts. Each time a negative thought approaches you, focus on something else. You might go window shopping in your mind, carefully examining the imaginary items on the shelf, and picking up the ones you like. Alternatively, you can go for a walk and observe the natural beauty surrounding you, play with children, or listen to your favorite song. Fill it up with a positive one Counter every negative thought with a positive thought. For instance - if a person always hurts you, think about one good quality that he has; if you are stressed about your failures, look back and see what they taught you; if nobody seems to love you, think about your parents and their selfless love. Talk it over Don’t let the negativity consume you. Talk about it with your loved ones. Tell them what’s on your mind and how it makes you feel. Just sharing it with others and hearing things from their perspective can lift your mood up and leave you feeling better. Over thinking is caused due to fear, when you focus on negative things that when stress gets elevated and your judgement get cloudy. The first step is to start keeping a journal and write everything in that journal. This will bring you awareness, distract yourself into happiness instead of visualisation that things goes wrong shift tings what can go right and keep thinking those, try things like dance, meditation, exercising, painting. Change your perspective about failure, remember every opportunity is a new beginning. And a certain change are there you can’t change and no body predict the future. Above all be grateful whatever you have

I understand that it must be difficult for you to go through this situation. The best way out is to talk to her more openly about your current feelings and if this is not working, what you can do is write a letter in her name and in the letter do write down all of the things that you want to tell her and how you feel. This will help you vent out your feelings. After writing the letter it is completely upon you if you want to give it to her or not. I hope this helps you somehow. You can always consult me for a session on the number: eight nine one zero two five six nine seven two.

I understand your situation and I appreciate that you understand her perspective also. Try to give time to yourself because your happiness is also important. Things will get fine again. All I can say is that follow a proper routine , wake up and decide to have a good day. If you need any professional help , consult a psychologist.
