We have assess the future health of teeth with gingival recession. If it's good then orthodontic treatment that is braces. Otherwise we can go with implants.

For diastema closure you can get joint crowns on both teeth after the mouth cleanliness( oral hygiene protocol) has been followed. .Rest it requires a clinical assessment for a confirmed treatment plan..hope this will be of help. .

First you should go for gingival problems,  there are many options for gingival recession including some surgical procedure,  then you can go for diastema closure by composite build up or by veenering the teeth depends upon the distance between two teeth

Hello, As a cosmetic dentist I would suggest you need to check the periodontal status of your teeth by geeting some radiographs done.If there is an issue with the underlyieng supporting tissues, get it rectified first before you go for the cosmetic correction of the diastema. First consultant a periodontist who can suggest you the best treatment or surgery needed for the grade of recession you are having. After the gum therapy you can go for veneers or crowns to close the gap . Also take a suggestion on closing the gap by orthodontic means but if you have periodontitis with poor bone support its better to avoid orthodontic treatment.

Once your gums are healthy, you can treat your diastema by cosmetic building up of teeth ,crowns or othodontically.
