I had dislocated my shoulder 2 years ago. It was fixed but I feel pain even now. The affected hand feels weak and can't work properly. PLS TELL ME WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT?

Dear , If u have still pain after 2 year of dislocation .
You may have labrum tear ..that is cartilage which give stability to joint.
You need to show orthopaedic and sports medicine specialist for clinical assessment and management. Please dont neglect as u are too young.
you may need MRI shoulder.
