Discomfort between anus and testicles.

32 year old male Symptoms - - Discomfort between anus and testicles - Burning sensation inside penis - Burning sensation in anus and penis after passing stool. Persists for long - Frequent urination - Bladder not completely emptying - Excessive flatulance all througout the day - Undigested food in stool - Stool loose most of the times Above symptoms for almost a year+ I also noticed blood in stool 4-5 times in the last month. I had consulted online three weeks ago and the doctor diagnosised it as fissure and I have been doing sitz bath and applying diltigesic cream. But I noticed blood again yesterday after 2 days without motion. I know I will probably need to visit a doc physically soon but I am freaked out about corona so could anyone diagnosise my symptoms. And maybe refer me some medicines. Also please suggest what tests should I do so that I can keep physical visits to docs and labs to the minimum
