  4. Testicle discomfort. To worry about?

Testicle discomfort
I was suffering from testicle discomfort (right side ) for last 15-16 days and thereafter I decided to consult a doctor . My doctor adviced me for few tests , the reports of same I have enclosed here within and also he has prescribed me to take levofloxacin 500 mg tablet and alfuzosin 10 mg tablet . Does I am getting right treatment ? Is there anything in the report to worry about ?
