Lower Abdominal , testicle discomfort

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have been feeling some lower abdomen discomfort on and off for a week now, from the right testicle to the stomach area. Sometimes in the right side too. There is no pain, just discomfort. Maybe some kind of tightness. Some areas near the pelvic bone are sore to touch sometimes during the day. For the last two days, I have also been feeling a somewhat itchy sensation while and after passing urine. Please advise.

All the symptoms could be due to right ureteric stone, get an ultrasound KUB region to rule out the stone, do a urine routine examination
