Discomfort and muscle spasm like feeling
Hi.. I had this habit of bad posture and slouching since a long time now and in the initial years I used to have mild spasms in my lower back and middle back which used to be alright with some movements and posture changes hence I did not pay much attention. As the years have passed, I have gained weight and now I am 94kgs (height 5'11 male) and I find really difficult to sit upright as my upper body tends to lean forward automatically causing discomfort in and around my rib cage region. This gets better when I sit up straight and do some stretches. Recently I started feeling mild dull pain in and around my lumber region and upper part of hip when I am sitting for some time. Along with this, I can feel a pinching pain for 4-5 secs in my lower middle back at a point when i m bending forward and the squeezing my back muscles after lying down for a long time. this pain is not felt anymore after those initial 2-3 stretches. What should I do about this..?

There is a possibility of nerve compression in lower back region associated with muscle spasm. This may be causing the problem. The problem might have started due to continuous load over the back region and due to over weight..
Next Steps
I will suggest you to start with hot fomentation, analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet,  apply analgesic ointment locally. Plan to get X ray of Lumbosacral spine if there is no relief at all.
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work,  avoid sitting down,  avoid Indian toilet,  avoid forward bending..
