Bad Posture
I have kyphosis and lordosis as well which has also resulted in a forward head posture, this puts me to great discomfort especially when I'm sitting and time to time, I need to lie down but when I'm outside, I can't lie down, would surgery be a bad idea at my age? Also, what exercises can I do?

Assessment by a Spine Surgeon is necessary. Also what I suggest is to have clarity in your mind as to what you expect from surgery and Spine Surgeon consultation. That will make it easy to make a decision for yourself and the surgeon. You may also need investigations like CT and/or MRI scan to see if there is any other underlying condition which is causing this problem
Next Steps
See a Spine Surgeon.
Health Tips
Be clear what you would want the treatment to achieve for you.
