Bad posture
I am 23 years old male. People tell me I have a very bad posture. Now I am having acute back pain. Is it treatable and if so whom should I consult

Dear patient, what is the cause of the pain need to be known. For that see a spine surgeon or orthopaedic consultant near you. About bad posture yes it can be modificed but later but first let the pain subside and then se a physiotherapy doctor for learning and posture. Take any over the counter painkillers. Also keep a pillow between both knees when sleeping on side and a pillow below both knees when sleeping on back.
