Discolouration
My sister has been using no scar cream to treat her face acne scars. It's been almost a year now. She recently stopped using the cream and her face has become very dark.

Both can be improved...Undergo glutathione  therapy.. otherwise few creams also available...for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

As no scar cream contains steroid called mometasone prolonged use of it may cause  dependence to medicine and other side effects. Now she needs proper evaluation  to determine exact extent of damage and first treatment for steroid dependency followed by scar treatment.
Next Steps
Discontinue the cream as further use may further damage the skin
