Discharge but no std. I worry at all?

I contracted chlamydia 2 years ago, got treated and it was cured. got oral sex from a partner afterwards and then a month and a half later I started having discharge and murky pee but no std. got tested 3 times for everything and all were negative but doctor treated me for gonorrhea and chlamydia at the same time anyways but symptoms didnt go away. had unprotected sex with my gf at the time and she tested positive chlamydia and telling me i was the only one she had sex with in the past year. too much of a coincidence for me. so i went and got tested again and it was positive for chlamydia again. got treated for it and the symptoms went away this time. got tested a year later and it was negative again but my urine is very foamy if i havent drank much water. should i be worried about anything? tested negative 3 out of 4 times I tested while showing symptoms and foamy urine about a year later. no other symptoms at this time. Should i worry at all?
