Disc slip with canal space 4mm to 7mm
I am suffering from disc slip with canal space 4mm to 7mm(Report attached). When I stand for around 5min I feel numbness in my legs.
Can It be treated through therapy or I need to go for spinal surgery ?
Is there chances of paralyses?

Not all patients of backache need of backache need surgery. Most of them can be managed without surgery.
This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However
I would like to examine & investigate the patient in detail.
Control Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if you have any.
Any way it may be tried,
--. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days.
--. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days.
(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.)
--. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold air.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
--. Use no pillow under the head.
--. Avoid painful acts & activities.
-- .Do mild exercises for spine and hips.
--.(Take help of a physiotherapist).
--Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem.
--Do ask for a detailed treatment plan.
Kindly make sure, there is no allergy to any of these medicines.

You need decompression of the spinal canal and root release.
Health Tips
Although no body can predict paralysis but you are definately risking it.
If you have radiculopathy and pain. then go for surgery.

The narrowing is quite critical. You are also getting typical symptoms. Your chances of paralysis is minimal but mobility will be restricted by continuing numbness. Therapy may help, but looking at the narrowing, you will ultimately need surgery
