Disc problem
He has been diagnosed for herniated disc (l5-s1) from last two months. He have sciatica on his right leg. After physiotherapy session lower back pain and pain on the leg has been reduced vey much. Again it started paining. Unable to sleep, sit. Suggest me what course of action He need to follow. Is surgery only the last options?

Yes If it has started to pain again we need to think about surgery too Can you please share the MRI and. X Ray reports please
