My mom is suffering from disc problem, whenever I give heat therapy she is feeling pain and she used to say nerves are going up and she is ued to feel a lot at that time, sometimes even cry, she used to feel some good when I keep some ice at the painful place. Is there any suggestion what can I do to my Mom.thanks in advance.

According to the symptoms that you have described and the report that you have kept available , there are multiple disc protrusions in her neck region but without any significant compression over her nerves .
She needs to be further examined and put on appropriate medications along with good isometric neck physiotherapy and pain management.
