Disc degenrative c5-c6
Here's the MRI report : At level of c5-there's diffuse ( more to the right ) disc osteophyte complex protrusion with minimal indentation on anterier thecal sac and no compromise of cord or existing nerve root. everything else normal I'm suffering pain in neck and muscle spasam in right shoulder, i've done 24 session therapy, taken some strong medicine for muscle relaxing but still same issue.
