Disc degeneration
I have undergone mri n ut shows disc degeneration. The doctor i visited says that its normal but i need excercise for 8 months atleast. But i have severe pain even though the disc degrneration is just 10%. Can u tell me how will it be fine with excercise.

Exercises will help in strengthening those muscles which will give rest to disc and hence in it's healing.And also it will strength core muscles.Exercises will help you adopt those methods of body mechanics which are crucial for presenting reccurence.
