Spinal disc problem
I have degenerative disc disease at l5s1... And im having the pain when i sit for long time and im little bit confused about the diagnosis of my condition... Can anybody tel me the problem that im having by looking at my mri pls...

Their are degenerative changes around L5n s1with flatning of the spine which is causing the symptoms ,physiotherapy can help you ,if in mumbai can contact us .
