Disc bulging
Hi doctor, im 29 yrs old female, i have recently veen diagnosed with disc bulging at L2-3,L3-4, L4-5, L5-S1. I had pain for almost 2 months and now it subsided. Can i do excercise for weightloss by walking on treadmill?( im 66 kg with ht 158 cm) And can i do HIIT excersises ( jumping jackans so) also? What are the excersises i have to avoid and what can i do to gain fitness without worsening my condition? Thank you.

Don't do forward bending , weight lifting and jumping exercises

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part.- back and lower limbs. --. Avoid jumping exercises --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my YouTube channel Dr. N. C. Ugesic (Piroxicam) 20mg 1 tab od x 5days --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. No jumping but definitely treadmill cardio exercises for weight loss.
