Disc bulges treatment
I have a mild disc bulges on L4-5 L5-S1 levels causing indeataion on anterior epidural fat.no nurve root compression
And I have a mild disc bulges are seen at C4-5 and C5-6 levels are causing indentation on thecal sac no spinal cord compression
My doctor told me this is not a problem..he just told me to do physical exercise is enough for this problem can u help me in this?
