Digital BP machine
Dear doctors, my mom.recently started high BP medication. We use the digital.bp monitor for tracking the count. On the same hand, if I check the levels for second time, why do I see a difference of 40 points?? That too back to back reading..first time 170..then immediately I tested again on same hand and it showed 134. Why does this happen and how?

I don't think the digital machine is giving accurate readings. Please change it, or shift to mercury/aneroid machine

Not sure about your technique or machine. Usually digital machines are reliable. Also there is a time and position whilst taking measurements.
