Hello,
I've had diarrhea for about 2 weeks now, but no other syptoms, no vomiting or fever. I dont even have any stomackace except for when I need to use the toilet. Its very watery and easy to get out.
I have however felt my throat getting a little sore in the mornings for the last 2 or 3 days, but I dont think it is connected.

Simple diarrhoea without fever settles if infective germs go out of your body by passing motion. You need to take adequate liquids like tender coconut to replace the loss due to loose motions.
