Hello, what you are describing could suggest irritable bowel syndrome or colitis. It is a high grade stress induced condition. Please consult a homoeopath and start with a detailed, constitutional homoeopathic treatment. It can very easily be cured. In the mean time avoid milk, non veg, chappati.Consume only soft rice, khichdi,Marie biscuit, tea, toast.Drink enough water to prevent dehydration. Thanks and regards.
